"Staying at airbnb nearby and needed to complete laundry from international travels. Hours of operation state they are opened until 7:30 pm. I arrived at 5:40 pm, the doors are opened and when I asked how to operate the machines, the person working says they are closed. I looked at my watch and mention back to him that hours online say they are opened until 7:30 pm, he says last wash is at 5pm. I looked at him and said that's ridiculous as that is not what is advertised. I then asked if there was another laundromat in the area. He points and says I don't know, maybe 5 blocks up the street. I shook my head and walked out. The area is not the best and sketchy with alot of activity, so I understand if there is a need to close early once it gets dark ( which isn't until after 8 pm during summer months). I too did not want to walk in the area in the dark either which is why I arrived early enough to try to wash and get back to the airbnb before dark. However, that didn't happen. Customer service at this location is subpar and hours advertised are not accurate nor what they adhere too. Needless to say I had to walk 4 additional blocks to another laundromat. Wouldn't recommend patronizing this business at all."

"I have never felt more compelled to write a business. If it was possible to give ZERO stars I would, and its not even for the old washers and Luke warm dryers whats the absolute worst about this business is the Discriminatory and rude behavior of both the female owner and male apprentice or whatever he is. I guess I wasn't in my most finest garments when I went to do laundry Which I guess gave these 2 disgusting people the gull to behavior in the most atrocious, racist , discriminative ways that I have ever experienceed in my 37 years of life. I will be reporting them as well to the better business bureau because noone deserves to be treated and spoken to like that"
