"Tried to sell me disinfectant for $175, then $150, then free if I gave him a good review before the service which I did. However I don’t believe he cleaned the downstairs ducts, he left the cover off of the furnace and turned on my beer tap (I found beer flowing after I noticed he was gone) and flooded my garage. I sent him texts and called his cell but he will not respond. I’d give a negative star review if I could. Because the beer was still flowing after he left so abruptly I cannot help but wonder if he had not turned it in intentionally. The upstairs carpet is filthy too. The entrance to our house is a mess. I’ve tried to call the office and no one is available to take my call but when I called using my work number they answered right away, put me on hold, then hung up. We called back immediately but they will now not answer calls from my work number. I’m beginning to suspect a scam. This has been a disaster. The contract provides that at the end of the job customer will be notified the job has been completed and customer will provide Cleaning Services with a punch list. I was not notified he was done and I was not provided a punch list."
"Jonathan was more than professional! He was very kind and respectful of our current situation and offered to lend a helping hand after cleaning our carpets. I had hired a previous carpet company and they completely got over on the price AND did a terrible job. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND fresh air plus not only to correct the mistakes of others, but to do the job right with the respect and professionalism that is deserved!!
