"No fuss. I scheduled a cleaning service, two Maids showed on and got down to business. When I got back from my doctor's appointment my apartment looked better than I left it. I wish more local cleaning services in jersey were like this. All business. I got my money's worth with minimal effort. There was little more than 12 hours from the time I found their website and booked, to the time my apartment was cleaned. Who could ask for more? Great job all around super maids"

"The cleaning ladies Elsie and Dannie were godsend. After having a baby chores fell at the waist side. I called Super Maids and miraculously they had availability for the next day. They did not judge my home, patient and thorough as can be. I booked a super clean and let me tell you it was super. The cost was slightly higher than other maid service jersey city but I felt like I got my monies worth. Looking forward to having super maids back to clean next month for Christmas."

"2 stars only because the first cleaning was great but the second time I trusted them to clean when I wasn’t home - mistake. They Broke a mirror in our apartment and left the lights and AC on for 8+ hours and left black marks all over the wall. Tried getting in touch with customer service and no one got back to me. When I finally called them back after they reached out over a month later the man I spoke with was beyond rude."

"I would have given 5 stars because the cleaning was really good and the maids were amazing, but the customer care guy who was coorinating and calling to confirm was very very rude, he had no manners how to speak, I was stuck in rains and I had called well in advance saying we will be 15mins late first he didnt entertain our request then agreed to it and when we were about to reach home he called threatening to cancel the service saying they have been waiiting for an hour whereas they were just waiting for 15mins as per my prior request, their arrival window wasnt even starting an hour back so I just thought of correcting him saying its just 15mins late, he said I am not listening ann canceling and disconnected the call, then I called him again since I had paid 265$ for the service and he picked up saying whatever you wana say is immaterial because I want my maids to enter the apartment RIGHT NOW I said yes I can ask concierge to open the apartment if only you had listened to me the first time I would have offered a solition to enter the apartment instead of that he kept misrepresenting the facts, threatening to cancel and disconnecting the phone. I found him extremely unprofessional, no sense of how to communicate with customers and doesnt care about the business at all. The maids did an amazing job but just because of a horrible experience with that customer care man I have give 1 star. That person can single handedly ruin the business, I would never again opt for the service and spread the word about my experience with this guy with my friends too.
