"I have called this company and emailed countless times and no response. They ruined my brand new ivory couch based on their poor cleaning methods. I had to beg them to come back and it still looks terrible and worse than before it was cleaned. Couch is 3 months old. And destroyed. No one has called me back at all, nor do they care for months!!! Disgraceful. I now have to contact a lawyer at this point. Do not use this company!!!"
