Felicia arrived a few minutes early and is not only amazing at what she does, but is also a delight to chat with and be around. I only had to explain anything needing clarification one time. Because I work from home, I didn't see most of the work in progress. When Felicia was wrapping up, she took me around to inspect. I was floored by the sensational job on everything but, particularly my glass shower door and shower panel are literally gleaming. The glass is somehow clearer than the day I bought it thanks to a magical spray bottle of her own making. The service was a few days ago and still my jaw drops every time I see it. (For point of reference, the shower door is open in the attached photo. There are three layers of glass and yet it almost looks invisible if not for the reflections) Felicia also did a wonderful job on the laundry ... and everything she cleaned looks simply wonderful. My apartment feels so much lighter and airier thanks to the reduced clutter and shine everywhere (as well as from her friendly and cool personality. It was as relaxed and natural as though an old friend were visiting). Initially I had messaged 5 different agencies to request a quote and I'm so pleased that Olimpic was the first I spoke with. Happily, Fabian said I may request Felicia for weekly cleaning & upkeep. Truthfully, I can't say enough. I'm just thrilled with the whole operation on every count. They've got a big fan and loyal customer in me!"
