"Had my 2-3 bags of clothes washed by them a several days ago. First I noticed that all of my pants were shrunken, which could mean my clothes weren’t handled with care and they just amped up the dryer to high. Now I have to replace all the clothes that were shrunken. Paid Such a high price to get my clothes washed by them just for this. Learned my lesson, wash my clothes by myself."

"I come here multiple times a month to do my laundry and all of the workers here have been nothing short of amazing for me, my cloths and family for the last 3 years. Every time i come in it is clean, the machines work and the workers treat me with love and respect. If I ever move away, i might need to drive back here just to do my laundry."

"I usually do laundry once a week but of course with kids that play sports it can be more. I love coming in when Emilie it’s always a pleasant experience. She is very helpful and friendly. When I come in and the other lady, Roberta is there she gives off a very negative vibe. I try not to come in when she is here. She has very bad customer service skills and I have seen her downright ignore customers. I give the laundrymat 5 stars when Emilie is there and negative 4 when Roberta is there"

"I have been attending this Laundry mat for a long while and I am very disappointed with the reviews this laundry mat has been receiving. I sat and I read atleast over a dozen review that were all negative and I was disgusted. This laundry mat since under new management has been awesome. The machines work great, the dryers work great and are nice and hot for the clothes to fully dry. The ladies working in there keeps the place as clean as possible and are very nice and helpful. Anytime I’m having a issue the ladies are right there to assist me. They are my favorite Deena and Emily. Those ladies work very hard and is very good at their job and most important great at communicating. Given I know their names speaks for it self. They are always in good spirits,smiling, greeting customers. I can not speak on anyone else experience at this laundry mat but I feel as though a lot of the past negative reviews were written out of spite or anger. No one is person, sometimes machines are going to break down, it’s technology sometimes it fails. As customers we have to be patient with the laundry mat as well and communicate any concerns before we jump on here and give wrongful reviews. Thank you so much Zap Laundry for being of great service to me so that I am able to wash my clothes every week I am very grateful. Also thank you to Deena and Emily for making me feel welcome and comfortable everytime I attend the laundry mat, you ladies are the best. Keep doing what your doing you all are GREAT!
