"The employees are mostly unhelpful and unfriendly. Some people who washes and dries their clothes here doesn't stay with their laundry so goodluck in asking these employees to take them out for you so you can use the machine as its really crowded and busy on the weekends. Some clothes were just sitting there for awhile waiting for their owners and these employees are too busy cleaning and dont care at all. If you ask to use the bathroom, they will be whining while unlocking it for you.. still the same as of today"

"If there is a zero star available thats what this place will get! Rude attendant! Google says the laundromat will close at 9pm and we arrived exactly 6:38pm and the attendant has the audacity “why did you come at this time?” And i’m like what time is your last wash and she said 7pm.. so technically we can still do our laundry I don’t know why she’s giving rude attitude towards the customers! No wonder patrons are not coming here anymore! Dont come here! Stay away from this place!"

"I wish there were better options on where to wash clothes. The place is always hot and the machines are controlled and tampered with to make you waste money. Two of the 3 people who manage this place assume that everyone is a liar and will hastle you on a story of missing one quarter. Instead of empathizing with people who make mistakes or when a machine eats a quarter they will tend to say "I'll wait for the owner to come. I don't know when that will be". I guess their cameras are there for nothing? They will just blame you and then only feel a smidge bad if you mention that you have a reason, disorder or disability that can make you space out/ forgetful. Also they're not hiring ever, even if the sign is up. I've seen a lot of people with or without experience look for a job, but they only want "certain" people."

"This laundromat is infront of my house I always go there . But today the Spanish lady was too much rude and Misbehaved for no reason. 2 times machine got stuck and she was not ready to help and and start to shout and said u lying u didn’t put money other people said she put money in machine. Then she run the machine and said I don’t care if it stop again I’m not gonna help, she said I never see u here before why u come here, she was like she gonna kill me. Infact I see that lady there first time. Her behavior was bad with all other people whoever call her for help. They gonna loose the customers because of their employees."

"Not too fond of this place, but its close. Sometimes the other patrons are super rude as is the staff sometimes. They get mad if you don't understand their english. There is an older lady there who is always in my business. Mind you, I clean up after myself and am not in the way or rude to people. She comes up to me - more than once and tells me to put the dryer on low because me sheets are plastic. ????? Umm, why would I have plastic bed sheets? My sheets are 100% cotton. Stop watching me and watch the people who leave their clothes for hours or leave trash everywhere. I"m grown, from the US and have been doing laundry since I was a kid. Thanks. It's pretty clean but sometimes the washers smell sour and when you hit the hot water for a hot wash, it's actually cold water so it's a rip off. We need more choices in the area."
