"Visited here on a weekday around 6 pm and it was crowded. They didn't have any policy for maximum capacity of crowd. There were many who had their masks below their nose and mouth. I didn't feel safe and decided to inform the lady in charge of the place but even she was wearing the mask below her mouth. I went to another laundry place on Palisade Ave."

".Horrible place children running unattended even those if the staffs. At least half of machines are always broken bathroom is often out of service some employees speak no English. TVs are either broken or loudly only on Spanish channels. It's often dirty and dryers have a stale smell. You offer no parking for disabled yet put up white stands which was perfect for disability or elderly. Owner has a snooty attitude"

"I’ve been going to this laundromat all my life to dry my clothes as I have a washer at home I try to come at the down times so there’s not many people and I’m not taking up anyone’s dryer who washes there... mind you about 20+ years coming here and doing this.... all of a sudden today the attendant comes and tells me I can not dry my clothes here as I did not wash them here.... what in God’s name type of service is this.... are you a laundromat or aren’t you... why are you turning away your paying customers .... I need answers .... now I have to walk 3 blocks to dry my clothes which I find ridiculous and appalling"
