"I would not do business with this realty company. I presently have a number of complaints on file with Ellen Daly due to representing a seller that sold me a home with a number of undisclosed defects among other undisclosed items. And referred a so called home remodeler- Kenneth Thomas of KRT Construction or KRT Home Remodeling that also had no license!!!! Should have went to Town of Grand Island for guidelines and realtor should have known better selling in Grand Island. Additionally, the realtor advertised the home as having many upgrades, 134k- a total lie, that he - the seller Glenn Wallace- did himself. So, on the outside it may look like remodeled but discovered in time no licensed contractor completed the work nor was it inspected by town as required. The floors were the worst reflecting the poor structure that was suppose to be cured before closing. This realtor has clear competency issues- avoid. Other issues include, incomplete electrical issues cured. This realty company and realtor did not do their due diligence in vetting the seller, or the town requirements for renovations, which includes having permit and inspection. I received a sellers disclosure that was false and had a number of boundary issues. The realty had the listing over a few years before I relocated and made the purchase. I would avoid this realty at all costs."
