It was close enough to what we went to Buffalo to do, but far enough away that it didn't feel like you were near town. I loved it and we will definitely be back."

"Enjoyed our stay very much. Our group of six wad more than comfortable over three suites. One on main floor and two upstairs. Breakfasts was excellent and our hosts were very friendly - including their little dog. Good location for those with cars to get around. Stayed in the FLW suite and found it to be very comfortable."

"My stay here at Oscar’s Inn is beyond perfect!! If there is higher score than 5 stars review, they deserve multiple five stars! This is my first time to stay in a bed & breakfast inn. It’s all worth it! You raised the standard so high in the industry and other B&B business will be lagging behind. The place is a beautiful brick mansion, elegant, extremely clean & comfortable. It’s nestled in a majestic architecture Victorian Millionaire’s Row in historic Linwood Avenue near to all places of interest. The Wade Room has all the necessities a traveler needed but prepared in a well thought and detailed manner. I was in awe every day I walked or pass by the historic district. The well-preserved community is like touring a UNESCO protected site. I was served with Michelin quality breakfast. Jen prepared early breakfast and packed lunch for my 2-day exams at the Buffalo Convention Center (2 miles away), aside from driving me back and forth to make sure I don’t get late and lost. Their sweet energetic dog Jade knocked on my door to warmly welcome me. It was such a relief to meet her during the stressful days of the exam. I was able to sleep & study in my serene room surrounded by pretty flowers from the floor to ceiling glass windows. Jen and Rob went above my expectations when they “rescued” me from a very embarrassing moment. They were life savers, very kind and humble. Though a total stranger, I felt like a family. Jen is like a sister from a different mother. I was not treated differently but with utmost care & compassion, personalized & superb service. I will never forget my wonderful stay here. It’s like a home away from home. I will surely come back, recommend this hidden treasure & haven in Buffalo. I wish all the best of success to Oscar’s Inn! My hats off and salutes to Jen & Rob!!"

"My girlfriend, her parents and I stayed here for the weekend and it was a great experience. Our hosts Jen and Rob were extremely nice and accommodating while also respecting the privacy of their guests. The house is beautiful, up to date, and well maintained! Breakfast in the morning was delicious as well and it was nice to have friendly conversations with other guests! Would highly recommend staying here!"
