"We are repeat customers, and this hotel NEVER lets us down. Great bed and pillows, quiet air conditioning/heating, a good sized fridge and a nuke, and quiet quiet quiet. And their breakfast is the best one I have ever had at any Best Western hotel in the East Coast! Fresh eggs, some form of home done potato and this time, one of the best apple fritters I ever tasted. Calories? Yep. But wonderful! And good choices of cereals, yogurt, fresh fruit and breads. You cannot go wrong with this wonderful place, in a fine location in downtown Buffalo."

"We booked this hotel for a friend's wedding in Buffalo. The staff was very friendly when checking in. Unfortunately the room was very dirty when we arrived. Stains on the bed and dirt on the floor made us feel as though this location was not somewhere we wanted to stay for the next few nights. Shayra, the manager on staff, did charge us for the full night but refunded the other two nights we booked. We ended up finding a last-minute room at the Hilton nearby which worked much better. Altogether disappointed that we didn't get a full refund when we did not use the room at all, but happy that we got a room at a different hotel that was better suited to our needs."

"The room was clean and bed comfy. My only complaint was the sink being outside the bathroom and the shower floor could have been cleaner. Hairs on the floor but it was roomy and water pressure good. Microwave and fridge plus a big TV. Air conditioning worked great. Staff was stellar and Troy the owner was awesome and personal. Breakfast was by far the best lay out ever! Security guard was great and ran off any problem people and was sweet. Little pricey but location was perfect as we were close to family and everything we wanted to do."
