"I didn’t realize parking was not included and we had to pay for parking or a valet service which was a little upsetting as we were paying $150+ to stay here for a night.. Our stay was relatively nice and customer service at the desk was good. The guys were very friendly and remembered us throughout our stay. However, we were charged 6 separate times upon check in due to an error with the system? I will say that customer service DID make sure the charges didn’t go through and comped us valet service as well, but when I called to have the valet service pull the car up in the morning, they never did and we had to wait in the cold. Breakfast is not complimentary continental breakfast either and is actually pretty expensive for a rather standard continental breakfast, and we were a little annoyed that we tried to sleep in but housekeeping bothered us well before checkout time, even though we had a ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign on the door."

"Good location, parking is garage parking that they offer valet or self parking across the street. We did self parking and somehow we paid more through the hotel (50$) than if we would have just paid the ticket machine on the way out (18$) for two days. We didn’t go back in to argue that but wish I would have known this before paying the hotel first for parking. Hotel room we had was big and spacious. Some stains on the floor. Customer service was great. Starbucks and bar downstairs. Overall, good bang for your buck. Added plenty of pictures so hope it helps."

"Very nice place to stay while in the city. They offer valet parking during your stay. The rooms were very clean. The view was nice at night, but the windows definitely could use a good cleaning. The entire hotel was very beautiful, updated and modern. It was located close to the Rec Room, which was the reason we were in town. Highly recommend staying here if you are looking for a convenient place in town."
