"Let me start from the top: James and his team, who did the actual job, were very good and efficient. Brandon, the regional manager who "closed the deal", was very nice and persuasive at first. When I didn't call son enough to confirm the project with them, he called again to follow up in few days. BUT, when it came to close a date for start of work both him and his assistance/coordinator Melissa dragged their feet. I had to repeatedly call, leave messages, email before I get a date."

"Over the three days it took for James and his father to paint my new apartment, they were nothing but professional. These two men were great! If something needed my attention, they showed me and asked what I wanted. And even though the contract specified two coats of paint, they did a third coat because the color I chose (a yellow) did not cover what had been there well enough. They even went as far as doing a fourth coat to make it look spectacular! I would hire these two men again in an instant!"
