"Great experience, highly recommend coming here to repair your treasured auto. After an unfortunate parking lot mishap involving a light pole, the pole is fine but my car was in need of attention. I was hesitant to go to a shop in the city assuming it would cost me a fortune, it turned out to be as affordable as any shop outside the city. KNR is operated by an amazing husband and wife duo that treat you like family in this family run business. Katie keeps you informed of the progress and everything was transparent from what they were going to do to repair your car and their pricing. I recently had to get my front bumper replaced and worked directly with Katie, who was super friendly and informative about the entire process. She worked with the insurance adjuster to expedite the work that needed to be done so my car was ready within a few days and looked absolutely stunning! "I had such a positive experience with KNR. Everyone at the shop is great and Katie was so kind and helpful with my car repairs. She graciously handled working with the insurance appraiser after the accident and they repaired my car beautifully. There's no trace of the significant damage that was done to the side of the vehicle. Her communication at every step was fantastic and her warm nature made the experience a lot less stressful than it could have been. So happy to have their shop in LIC!"

"I don’t usually leave many reviews, but for this auto shop, I had to! I went to Rick and Katie as I thought I needed my brake pads and rotors replaced. they were AMAZING. I honestly cannot speak highly enough of this family owned repair shop. Not only did they put the car up on a lift and take off the tires to look with me if I needed to replace anything (If I didn’t they said there was no use replacing them) and showed me in detail what needed replacing and why. It was so refreshing to speak with honest people who were trying to do right by their customers and not trying to get more money when they could. Not only that but when I told them that I was not sure about some work that a previous shop had done, without hesitation Katie asked me for the itemized receipt that the former shop had given me to ensure that everything they claimed was done was indeed done. They replaced my brake pads and rotors and I couldn’t be happier. The brakes feel great and I have not had any issues.I didn’t even need to wait, I left the car with them the next morning and it was done by the afternoon. I’m ecstatic to have such a honest and great repair shop in my neighborhood and will definitely be going to them for anything I need!"
