"I unfortunately had been locked out of my apartment the night before with no backup keys and had to be rescued by a scammer that charged me an extortionate amount to get my apartment open (and even broke one of my deadbolts!). Called Admiral the next morning and they were able to send someone out to my apartment within a few hours of the call. Marcelo was one of the most professional people I have worked with. Redid both of my locks and replaced the deadbolt that had been broken. I thought the pricing was more than fair, will be using Admiral in the future if needed."
"Professional service! I got 10 keys copied at Home Depot yesterday, and when I returned to the building, none of them worked. Looking at them, I could see that they were not the same as the original. I went to Admiral lock, they copied 10 new keys, and when I returned, all of them worked in the door. I got four more keys cut at Home Depot last night, and they did not work either. I plan to go to Admiral lock this morning and get the keys cut. Over the 25 years that I have known about, and used them, I have always had good service at Admiral lock and would recommend them to anyone."
