This place is a scam that feeds on app fees taking advantage of the disabled & elderly & it should be a crime."
"At first i believed they were great .once in one there homes i ended up getting hurt at work and ended up on workers comp and my case was dragging with paying me and owner yelled at me and threatened me .and i had no choice but to move because they did not want to wait .and they also charge an additional fee EVERYDAY u are late not just one set fee which tbey also charge"
"I’ve rented from FREASH START HOMES for a year now. Every time I place a work order it is met expediently. They respect my privacy and are courteous about my schedule. My Maintance people are friendly and informative! Just what I want! I like to be involved and informed. I have ABSOLUTELY NO PROBLEMS with this company. If you do then you’re probably not THEIR tenant material!!! Yes the rent is higher but you get what you pay for.... btw I LOVE my yard!"
