"This company works has a realtor Jason Yegan who is Unethical and completely untrustworthy as a seller's agent. We just had the worst experience with this guy, he and his client listed a house with false information in disclosure. We moved from out of state and had to rely on their disclosures to make an offer on a property. When we finally stepped into the house, mold and mildew smells were evident throughout the house, especially in the basement. They assured us that there were no water or moisture issues with the house but upon our arrival to the house, this was clearly false. The biggest failure to disclose was the presence of water and water damage in the basement. This is a 14K fix that now lands on us along with additional expenses for extensive mold remediation (another 2-3K). I realize its a seller's market and that only offers that waive inspections are competitive, but the extent of damage that was not disclosed in this case was truly exceptional. The house was trashed, unclean and most importantly unsafe. We were able to negotiate a partial credit for repairs but it will only cover a fraction of total cost to make this place safe. DO NOT give this guy your business, do not trust him or his company in any way shape or form. The photos below show what he failed to disclose."

"Purchased a home from W. Davies who represented himself as the real estate agent, contractor and broker. He wasn't the most pleasant person to work with. After purchasing our home and moving in to his flip home, we found several serious issues that were intentionally hidden from us. The fact that we have little children didn't make it better. One year after the initial purchase of our home, we are thousands of dollars in the hole. I sent Mr. Davies and his broker letters in the mail in hope that he would want to right this wrong. Nope. Dismissive and rude. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!"

"I'm writing this review as a real estate agent. One challenge in this industry is that anyone can take a 75 hour course and pay $1000 and BOOM! You're a real estate agent. Bigger, national companies have hundreds of agents and, because of this, just can't offer the training and support that Kirnan offers to their agents. What this means for a consumer is that, if they work with a Kirnan agent, the agent that they are working with is more knowledgable, highly trained, and just MUCH more familiar with the home buying/selling process. If you are looking to buy or sell a home, I would strongly encourage you to not just use a friend with a license who has no idea what they're doing just to do them a favor. Use a Kirnan Agent! They will negotiate better deals, get you into the home faster, and just give you an overall WAY better experience! If you are looking to get into real estate or are already in real estate and are looking to switch to a more supportive brokerage, you NEED to talk to Kirnan Real Estate. The training and knowledge that you will get from working with Kirnan will give you the keys to success. You will be VERY pleasantly surprised."
