"Minutes from the highway my room was more of an apartment with just as many convenient items as my own home it was very quite the whole week I was there staff was excellent and the free breakfast was helpful as I was rushing out in the am everyday getting back the pool and hot tub was appreciated and temp. controlled and my hot water never ran cold it was great really good job to them I never even heard other doors opening and closing which is strange I almost feel like I was the only one on that floor very sound proof rooms"

"This was one of the best hotel stays I’ve had in many years. I travel frequently for work and leisure. They had a dinner Wednesday night that was a delicious surprise. Mary, Sara, Gary, and Tiffany with the breakfast staff were all sooo kind, friendly, and helpful! Mary was also cleaning rooms and we had a lot of fun chatting with her as we left. Very happy with the selection of breakfast as well. The lobby was beautiful decorated. I would love to visit in the summer to enjoy the courtyard more!"

"The hotel was nice and the staff were friendly. I didn’t like that you had to walk outside to get to the lobby. Luckily, it wasn’t raining or snowing just a little cold when I was there. I also didn’t care for the layout of the room. I had a 1 bedroom suite with a pullout couch, so the room slept 4 people. To get to the bathroom you had to go through the bedroom, so anybody sleeping on the couch would have to disturb the people in the bedroom in order to use the bathroom at night."

"Your site said there was a shuttle from the airport. When I placed the reservation, I entered in comments that we were arriving late at night to airport and would the shuttle be running at 11:30pm. I received an email confirming that would work. We were stranded at the airport because no one answered the phone at the hotel, and when we finally got there, the desk clerk just said, "no, we don't have a shuttle." I restrained myself, but I was furious. Never again! You also need to do a better job cleaning the bathroom. My wife informed me we would NOT be taking showers in there. And there were no snacks or food available, no vending machines, just empty shelve in the nook near the check-in counter."

"Terrible customer resolutions!! My experience with this hotel was disappointing. I had two suites booked for my daughter’s birthday party. A couple hours before we were leaving to go to the hotel we had a family emergency that prevented us from being able to make the reservation. I called the hotel and they said there’s nothing they can do about it and not just that, there was no empathy for the emergency. I thought Hilton cared about their guests but apparently we are just a dollar amount to them. I understand if the amount is non refundable but they even denied a credit for future use. That’s awful! Things happen and unfortunately something happened to us. So not only did our family suffer that day for devastating news I am now out 400$. I never thought a corporation like Hilton would treat someone this way. This alone will probably cause me to never book with them again."
