"My key works fine, but.... when I was on the machine, it showed my house keys of all colors and patterns (HelloKitty... SpiderMan.. flowers... etc). I really just wanted a REGULAR, plain silver house key with no design. I don't know if the machine was out of them (it didn't say so).... or if I just didn't know how to choose "regular". I bought a key with a flower on it. It'll do. I would have rather had an employee cut the key (like most hardware stores) so I could ask for the right type."
"I had two different keys and made 4 copies of each ... all the copies of one key worked perfectly ... unfortunately, the copies of the second key did not work ... they had metal burrs on them and the keys did not work in the locks.. ... disappointed. ... couldn't return them to Lowes since the Minte Key machine made them .. $20+ wasted"
