"MICE????????? I had items stored there for a few months. What a surprise when I went to retrieve them! A MOUSE darted through the packages. It was far from pleasant, as you can imagine. I kept knocking to encourage the mouse to flee. After a while, when I didn't see it anymore, I began to unload my belongings. But just as I was about to pack them into my vehicle, boo! The mouse jumped out and scampered away. Now, my van is fully loaded, and I can only hope there are no more mice inside. I called to report the issue, but there was no apology or offer of a refund, as if I were just calling to extend my lease."

When I explained what type of storage I needed, the manager , Kimberley, took the time out to show me what type of storage units would meet my needs.
