"I normally never do a review, but today definitely bothered me. I came in today to pick up an order. The donut I wanted was not in stocked. The man at the counter who is apparently the shift leader gave me two options with an attitude which was a plain donut and a frosted one. None I wanted, but if he was nice about it, I would have not mind it. But then he started having a bigger attitude. Horrible customer service from him."
"Absolutely filthy. First of all the staff has an attitude with their customers! I ordered a coffee and a dozen donuts for my children. When we got home and opened the box, not one but two cockroaches came out of the box. With poor management, poor attitude and lack of cleanliness, I will never step foot into that store again"

"Get coffee from this location every weekend and they never fail to make a bad coffee. I order through the app and my order is always ready within 2 minutes. Once in a blue moon I have had to wait longer than 5 min when the store was busy but that’s understandable."
