Daily from Hyland blvd I was in there tonight with a big issue and she took the time out of her busyness she went above and beyond to help me out this Friday evening 1/26/2024 @ approximately 6:30 PM I wanna say she needs to be moved up to a lead at customers service or a Manger of the front end or a manger of customer service I was so great full she went on and above for me and my mom and I wanna make her Recognized and wanna say thank you to her so much and I would like to thank the Manger Ron he did what was the right thing to do he took care of us"

"So picked up some ingredients Dec 17 for my lasagna that I make every year for Christmas eve .Made it Dec 23. For Dec 24 . Ruined our dinner the ricotta was turning bad. How does this Happen maybe sitting on the dock to long not refrigerated. Careless people working in dairy department went home and had a nice Christmas eve meal. ...... So I'm adding to my public posting it's been 5 days no reply to my post don't need this supermarket there's a lot of them. I spend approximately 200 dollars a week here so they will not miss it I guess . Will be shopping on the other side of the island lidle and stop and shop"

I worked with Chef ED many times catering work events and every time he goes above and beyond to ensure the order is exactly what we need. Chef ED ensures to reach out if he has any concerns and always has the food ready right on time with no issues. Honestly one of the easiest ways to cater an event with no hassle. "St. Joseph Medical center catered food from ShopRite catering department and Chef ED hospitality was outstanding. We had over $2,000 worth of food catered and everything came out perfect! Everything was organized, prepped, and ready to go at the appropriate time. The team effort to ensure the food was not only delicious but the presentation was perfect. Thank you Chef Ed and his team again for doing such an amazing job for our clients holiday party. We will be ordering again without a doubt."
