"Went with my kids for mid winter break and was very taken aback by the customer service. On their website there was an ad for a great price. I called to confirm and had my husband call to confirm and we were told walk in and get the price. We don't live locally and drove to find out you need a printout of the ad from a MAGAZINE!! and there was no mention anywhere that it was needed, and they were really nasty about it. (there were other families there with the same problem) My kids enjoyed themselves but was not worth it for the price we paid (over $45 difference) Very turned off and not a place I would recommend."

"Do yourself a favor and never go there. Boring. So dirty abundant. They don’t have attendants at the rides. You have to go and ask at the front desk every ride you want. There was no other people there for a reason. We left before our time was over because of nothing else to do! Waste of money and time."

"Great place for kids. There is a jungle gym, bumping cars, and 3 other kiddies rides. 2 hour band is $25. Buy one and get second for half price. Laser tag, batting cages and arcade games are extra. Was lots of fun! The whole family really enjoyed this place."

"This place was amazing! We had our son's 7th birthday party here last Sunday, the owner was so helpful and accommodating, from the first day we walked in he was so helpful, the place was super clean. Paulina called me a few days before the party to make sure all my needs were pleased, also she called a few days after the party to make sure everything went well. My entire family and friends were so happy and pleased to be there, the games were all working, I was a little concerned about that. The cake was huge and beautiful, the inside had ice cream (Chocolate) that was a nice surprise! But I have to say the #1 reason why our party was so wonderful is because of Jovanna's leadership, she made sure everyone was looking when pictures were taking, she made sure everyone was having a good time, she helped me decorated and was on top of every detail. Thank you to the entire staff of Fun Station USA for making my son's birthday party such a success, I hope my daughter decides on having her birthday party here this year, because they give a nice discount to siblings!"
