"The girl running the booth on November 17th 2019 was so unprofessional. She gave us an animal that had no batteries and when I asked her if we could switch to another animal she gave me some BS excuse about not being able to do that meanwhile all of the other kids were running around with their animals working fine and we lost our $15. We had to push the animal which was not the point. I approached her three different times about switching the vehicle and she didn’t do it. Such a rip off!"
