"I went to the Butala Emporium and brought many things. The cashier , a helpful beautiful young girl named Eli ,assisted me Throught out my visit. At the end , she suggested Naag Champa incense ,which smells really good. Thank you little girl, I will definitely come back again."

"This place has gone downhill. Thanks to one disgusting employee. Maybe she does not read scriptures or know shruti from smiriti. But the disrespect was amazing a short disgusting woman with glasses. With so little people practicing Sanatana dharma left you would think Butala emporium would value its customers. I used to purchase from their Manhattan location and have spent $1000s. But no longer thanks to this woman. Every time I have gone the same level of nasty attitude and disrespectful behavior even to my assistants. Buy online when possible hopefully this location will also be closing soon as many products are fake such as the gorochana kasturi powder bhimseni all fake impure yet the only available very sad situation. But no longer will I waste my time or money to be disrespected or angered."

"I recently reviewed after traveling to the store in person, but this time I have ordered from their online store, IndoUSPlaza. Once again...a pleasant experience from prompt order payment and shipment confirmation all the way to receiving the parcel at my doorstep. They have everything one needs to live a sattvic lifestyle...puja items, ayurvedic products, festival decor, kavach pendants, extensive yantra collection, etc. etc. Oh and of course books, books, and more BOOKS! (In English, Gujarati, Hindi, etc.) I feel welcomed here. So will you!"
