"Lied to us. They promised that they would get a new park in 2017. But no it still is the same. I graduated around 2 years ago which means i was 2014-2015. IT was when Ms. Monroe was still the principal. I thought she was the fat person but she was another person. Lmao"

"I'm in fifth grade right now. Sure, what happened back in third grade was pretty bad, but i can honestly say that it has gotten a lot better. There's an awesome staff team here. I see them taking action against things that I never saw the old staff team deal with. I've seen people come and go. I've been in this school since pre-k, and i still love it."

"My heart breaks for the children who were excluded during the end of school year fair. It literally brings tears to my eyes. I hope the person, or people responsible have their titles stripped from them. They are innocent and it is their job to educate them about the world but NOT by treating them with the same biased harshness they will see as adults.."

"The Principal Joan Monroe should be fired for not allowing the poor students who were unable to come up with the $10 each in order to attend the end of the school year carnival. The last three letters of principal are pal. She is no pal to the poor. That is shameful behavior. I might not have been able to come up with the funds in elementary school and it would have devastated me. Shame on her."

"It amazes me that according to your site, you have 100% FREE school lunch, yet would still expect everyone and I mean everyone to be able to cough up $10 for your "carnival". I can only imagine what it would be like for a parent of FIVE students, let alone one. I teach in the inner-city of L.A. and we find ways to help those few who can't otherwise "pay" for those extra activities that might cost more than a few bucks. If it were this type of activity, it should have been held on a non-school day."
