"I have been going to Pure Barre in Commack for about a year and I absolutely love it. It’s an excellent workout; so much so that I have stopped all of my other subscriptions and classes and only do Pure Barre. The schedules are flexible, instructors are knowledgeable and friendly - overall a great atmosphere. For me, it’s a safe space to workout without any judgements. Keep up the great work Pure Barre Commack!"

"Edit: I just wanted to edit my original review because after I wrote the one below the owner did contact me and stated they issued a refund for the 1 month i paid for and cancelled the membership. They made the situation right! I loved the classes but poor customer service. I froze my membership during my pregnancy since I was very sick. A few weeks after I gave birth my appendix ruptured and I had emergency surgery. During this time, my account unfroze but they were unable to bill because I had a new card. With everything going on, I completely forgot about PureBarre. 6 weeks went by and I received a call from someone they had been trying to bill me. I explained the situation, requested to cancel, and was advised to call the commack location directly. When I spoke to commack they advised me I need to provide 30 days notice to cancel and would actually owe for 2 months. You're also not allowed to cancel while the account is frozen. They offered to compromise by backdating the cancelation request and only charging me for 1 month. I did it just to cancel but I am definitely left with a bad taste in my mouth. $80 later, I can't use the 4 classes bc I can't do the workouts yet given the emergency surgery I had and another procedure I will need that is upcoming. I likely would have resigned up after my health was recovered but now I definitely won't. I just felt they were not empathic to the situation at all and I could have provided medical documentation if needed to show I was being truthful. Just be careful or you will end up like me wasting $80 for nothing."

"Pure Barre Commack is the best! The workouts are effective and fun!!! The instructors have always made me feel confident and comfortable, while also encouraging me to get the most out of the workout! The studio has managed to create an environment of positivity and empowerment!"

"Excellent studio with knowledgeable and friendly instructors and staff. There is always a positive vibe in the studio. The class schedule offers a variety of class times and I am always able to find a class that fits into my busy work schedule. Plus they always have fun events and contests going on to help keep you motivated. I greatly enjoy Pure Barre and am loving the results I am seeing. I would highly recommend the Commack studio to anyone looking to get into Pure Barre!"
