"What an amazing bike shop I went there last night and the salesman was a delight to deal with he took very could care of us and made sure that even though the bike I had originally wanted was sold out and would never be produced again we took a bike they had in store and fully customized it to my liking. "ZERO STARS!!! Went in to get my son an SE bike. I asked nicely multiple times not to be shown pink bikes. The salesperson (twenty something year old) just ignored me as though I wasn't there and kept showing my son pink bikes. Saying its what he wants that matters. Yes, I want my son to be happy but he doesn't want that and as his mother I spoke up. The guy was so rude! I left since as a paying customer I expect to treated with respect. Luckily I live in NY and there are plenty of bikes nearby that will gladly take my money and respect our wishes. Went elsewhere and my son bought the SE bike he wants and has saved for. I am planning to tell everyone I know how rude this salesperson was. Bike Caves main competitor on Long Island was a pure delight to deal with."
