"placed an order for online pick up and they cancelled my order per my request when i did not ask for it to be cancelled. went into the store because the shoe i wanted was still showing in stock, and then they would not honor the online price and said i would have to buy a second pair of shoes for their sale price. if i didn’t need these shoes for work i would have found another place to purchase from."

"Made a first time website buyer purchase with a discount. The shoes were the wrong size. Went to exchange them at the commak store. They refused to exchange with the discount. And charged me more. I work inretail. I buy stuff from many stores just like every one else. I have never experienced a service failure like this. It should have been an even exchange. Management is lacking and untrained. I was told that because there was a sale going on in the store website sales cannot be honored in the store."

"TWO STARS...The shoe selection is great and I am a fan of the brand. The condition of the store and the staff, not a fan. The floor was filthy-which is only relevant since people are trying on shoes, walking on said floor and if they don't buy those shoes they go back in the box, dirty. One pair of white shoes I looked at in the box were already scuffed and stained with black. There were open boxes, unpacked shoes, and packing materials all over the women's section. There was only one spot to sit to try on shoes as all the others were full of stuff. I was in the store for over 30 minutes and not one of the at least 7 staff members offered assistance or cleaned up anything. They were all standing around chatting and using their phones. The checkout person did not even greet me when I walked up to check out. That is not a way to get repeat customers."
