"Honestly the worst management there is. It’s been two months that I have asked to talk to the manager to canceled my membership and no one has gotten back to me. The membership there isn’t cheap and for them to continue to charge me after I asked them to either downgrade my membership or canceled it. On top they made me sign some form saying I was canceling my member and I did but again I still keep getting charge, they also said they lost that form so I would have to do another. I been a member with them for almost two years and for them to do this to their long member is sad. Definitely don’t care for their members. I do not recommend this Orange Theory, if you are looking to signing up with them think again since you’ll have a hard time finding a manager to help you after you sign up ."
