"Rude staff who can’t be bothered and don’t follow their own business hours, especially pharmacy workers. They will take an extra long lunch break 15 minutes past posted time when they supposed to reopen just to agonize 20+ people cramped in the back by pharmacy counter, many of them elderly folks with limited mobility and not enough chairs to sit. Shame on you!"

"In my 37 years of life I have never been accused of stealing. But today in this location I was racially profiled and accused of stealing. By a so called security guard who happens to be black in this location. And then I was told it could be a language barrier. Funny because while he accused me of stealing i understood everything he said. There is really not much more to say. But I will say if u are a person of color BE AWARE!!!! (Don’t be the next Victim ) like I was. They hey lost business from this Coustomer. Rite Aid SHAME IN YOU!!! I will be taking my business somewhere Else. I have been a rite aid shopper since opening in my location. And I’ve never been accused of such a thing. And it was embarrassing."

"Quite literally the most annoying rite aid and rude staff @ the pharmacy. Never have anything in stock and NEVER answer the phone “because they’re so busy” Staff is incredibly rude and unhelpful. CVS down the street is way better. Please don’t waste your time in people who don’t even care to help or offer solutions if your medication isn’t in stock :/"

"Typical messy, unpleasant chain drug store. The pharmacy and other staff are nice and helpful. I only go there because they have my prescriptions. I don’t understand why these stores can’t be less unpleasant."

"Gerard is an EXCELLENT pharmacist. Helpful, prompt, knowledgeable, and always willing to do what he can for you. The rest of the pharmacy staff, though...well, I was always told that if you have nothing nice to say, don't say anything, so I'll just say that they are extremely good at collecting their paychecks."
