"Only getting 1 star because 0 isn’t an option. Genuinely the worst pharmacy I’ve ever used in my life. On average you have 1 person at the register “helping”, so lines often wrap to the front of the store. If your situation is more complicated than turning around to immediately grab something you will sit and wait for at least half an hour or just forget you were there entirely. I wish I could blame it on turnover but I’ve seen the same staff at this location for over a year now and they are just as routinely unhelpful as they always have been. Also consistently out of stock of any and all common medications, but thats mostly a supply thing. Overall legitimately awful pharmacy."

"The employees are great, but management of this store is utterly incompetent. Wait times are absurdly long, and the place looks like a wreck due to them chronically understaffing it. I only come here when I cannot get a prescription filled anywhere else, and I avoid it whenever possible."

"The employees, both at the pharmacy and the regular store, are SO nice and helpful. I literally can’t believe it. Probably the nicest group of any retail store I frequent. Very helpful and not dismissive when I have unusual questions. They helped me get my insurance updated, dealt with my doctor and an annoying refill issue, answered my questions about bottle return, and more. Yes the line at the pharmacy is long. This neighborhood has a shortage of big box pharmacies (shocking for nyc). That’s not the employees fault."

"30+ minute hold time on the phone. You get apologized to by a robot every 30 seconds. I've been apologized to 64 times so far, and counting. The apology is insulting after a certain point. Is this what hell is like?"
