"Kristin Fowler healed my knees! I had quite a bit of pain in both my knees when I first came in and I was a bit of a tough patient to figure out because there was not much I could do to gain strength without it taking a toll on my knees. "I had PT sessions over the course of a few months for my left knee as it had been bothering me for a few years and has impacted my long distance running. Jesse Ramirez and RB were my therapists. I went in with no expectations but from day 1 I could tell that they were very competent - they were able to pinpoint my weaknesses and come up with an effective program (both at home and at the clinic). Jesse and RB were very good at demonstrating the exercises and answering any questions I had. They also really made it feel collaborative, as we tweaked the program based on how my body adjusted throughout the months of treatment. Initially I thought PT would be more of a chore than anything else, but I found myself actually looking forward to the sessions. Jesse and RB (and the rest of the staff) were very friendly and accommodating.
