"If I could give this hospital a negative I would! My 88yr old father was seen in the ER for a life threatening condition and Shelly was the worst nurse I've ever encountered!! RUDE and everything that comes with that. I Pray we never have to cross paths again!"

"While the doctors are very good and and staff are friendly hospital is a disappointment . In emergency for 28 hours no bed and it's dirty. Finally a kind nurse got me a gown socks sheets blanlet and toothbrush so i can Wash as best I could. Really disappointed in our health system in new york"

"Visit this hospital if it is only life or death. I arrived sick and after 5 days lying in a bed without treatment without having been able to sleep or rest, I came out worse than when I arrived and in order to find care I had to decide to leave without those careless people discharging me from a place that never provided treatment. to my illness already proven on more than 5 occasions by laboratory tests. Now I'm going to start looking for medical care again but this time sicker and with a more advanced illness. This is a poorly organized hospital with the most disgusting bathrooms I have ever seen in a healthcare facility. Good luck if you go, the waits at the ER are long here, between 12 and up to 24 hours, and if you haven't seen or know a pigsty, you just have to use any of the 2 bathrooms that are in the ER."

"So they name of the hospital has changed and it has gotten worse wow. This hospital used to be so clean , I was in the ER waiting to see a DR and the floor was nasty. It looked as if it hasn't been clean in days. And a cup with something in it was in the room when we got there. It looked nasty, even Harlem hospital isn't nasty like this. And I was raised in Harlem. Make it make sense. Why does a place that offers care and healing , has to be this way. I felt like I was almost in a 3rd world country being there. It was not nice at all. I'm very familiar with this hospital because I used to work here. Terrible experience hands down. And the service lack luster at best."
