"Worst experience I have ever had. Came to this Harlem location from Manhattan because this place has the closest appointment time. I Waited for over 90 minute from my appointment time. This clinic is very unorganized. I have been to many ultrasound clinics and this is a first time that somewhere made me wait for this long. Avoid at all cost."

"This office needs to be more professional. When I went in for my visit, I had to get undressed. Typically, the professional leaves the room and allows you to get undressed, but instead, she asked me to use the restroom and get undressed there. I went to the restroom and felt uncomfortable with nothing on, only wearing a gown with the back exposed. (Note that this restroom is not right next door but near the hallway where you come in, so people could potentially see your butt when walking back to the room.) I went back into the room and told her I felt uncomfortable doing that and asked if I could change in the room. She agreed, but she stayed in the room instead of giving me privacy to do so. I felt uncomfortable the entire time. They also had their phone out playing music... Additionally, I made an appointment and waited an hour to be seen. I highly don't recommend this place."
