"EDIT 05/20/24: Came here this past Friday to buy 2 Nintendo Switch games and left with exactly what I needed. The girl at the register was nice. Spent 10 minutes here looking for games and a PS5 controller. I finally settled on a controller I liked, took the cardboard redemption thing to the counter, just to be told that it was sold out and they only have the ones behind the cashier counter. What's the point of the individual cardboard cutouts for the customers then? They could have just removed the ones that were sold out? There was NOBODY there besides me. I feel like things like this are just stupid and easily be fixed by employees. Anyways, I wouldn't have left a review if it was just for that, but then after being rung up, I was told that the contactless payment wasn't working on either of their payment terminals. I ended up just having to walk out since I came with the intention of using a debit gift card I had electronically on my phone. They were also sold out of the PS5 disc drives which I would've paid for with a credit card or even cash if I had to, but no luck. Had to purchase it online and got it delivered in 2 days with Amazon."

"Tha store manager is so unprofessional, the staff members are so nice and helpful, easy to talk to, but the manager treats them like garbage, he doesn't deserve to run any store anywhere, I'm not doing business again on this location."
"This store use to have workers that was helpful now they act like they are clueless and they are not friendly what puzzles me is that they do more deterring you away then encouraging you to buy Also I asked them a question about the Nintendo switch 2 that is coming the young man appear to not know anything about that when it is public information I was asking him when it will hit the stores no clue I went to this store in December and January the same guy working there and he is so not good at customer service I do not know why he works in this type of field I will never go back to that store and I have been going there for years But I will find another GameStop more welcoming …"
