"I happened to be working in the area and needed a few Power Tools. I normally don't write reviews, but I had to share the experience. The sales rep who helped me (Greg) went completely out of his way to get me a deal. He put a lot of effort into finding me a coupon that brought my purchase down a considerable amount. Obviously he didn't have to do that, but he insisted. And the knowledge they have on the tools they sell really sold it for me. You normally don't get this kind of service in a Home Depot or Amazon. So I figured my visit would benefit someone out there."

"Small location for tools and hardware located in a fairly industrial area of Flushing/Whitestone. Located a few blocks away from the DMV. Streets are very narrow and pretty congested during the daytime but there is a very large and convenient parking lot for customers to use. As I mentioned before - The store itself is very small but doesn’t feel overcrowded. A surprisingly wide selection of Milwaukee and Dewalt tools and accessories. Nice little clearance area where I found an awesome deal on a digital caliper (10$)! Wide selection of drilling tools and accessories for metal and woodworking. The counter person was very friendly and pretty knowledgeable. Free coffee while you wait is a nice touch. Good experience overall."

I've forgotten the name of the lady that assisted me (starts with an S), but I know she works at their South Carolina center, and I couldn't be more pleased with her service and professionalism. She shipped me free of charge the items I requested that weren't available for pick up at their local store.
