"LeArrogant. Came in yesterday with my carpenter to source some material for custom made interior doors. From the initial interaction with a guy at the front desk to the sales lady who sits just nearby, I was spoken to as if I walked into Gucci on 5th Ave and I am just not a worthy customer. As we spoke, the guy kept grilling me with a death stare, as the lady just avoided eye contact when I was speaking with her. I had to just leave. I do not need cuddling, I can take some NY attitude, but did I just crash somebody's party? Place wreaks of LeAttitude and LeArrogance!"

"I used to go out of my way to go to this place. Had to drive back there multiple times to replace cheaply made (lots of stains, gaps between veneers, bumps, low spots, etc) cherry plywood (not cheap cost, btw) and they were less than helpful. One guy “gave” me some extra materials I needed to make up for it. Turns out that one sheet of 1/4” ply also had staining that majorly popped once I put finish on it. I guess they spent all their money on renovating the place that they had to start buying cheap china-made plywood. Shame. If they do right and give me what I paid for, I’ll update this and remove the 1 star."
