"Went there yesterday for some plumbing supplies and have to admit I was surprised by the level of service. Talk about above and beyond. Frankie had answers and suggestions that were helpful but his demeanor was what stood out, just very warm and personable. Made me wonder why I ever would go to Home Depot (aside for the fact that it is 10-15 minutes closer). My experience today with the guy who was in charge today (staff were great) was very different. Very cold and indifferent. The response to my simple "sorry to bother you" before asking a question was met with a hostile "so why you bothering me?" He wasn't joking either. The tone of the very brief conversation was pretty much the same. He didn't care not so much as not know. I don't expect everyone to know everything but not sure why I was being treated like a nuisance. Maybe he sized me up as not being worth his time, I admittedly wasn't spending a lot of money. So question to them would be does someone have to act (spend) like a valued customer before you treat them like one? Or do you treat them like one so they become one. Best of luck"
