"I have a service dog well trained and they continuously ask me to pick him up Federal prohibits any establishment to ask for license and what is the nature of my disability Unless the animal is out of control and he never is. I will file a complaint because this is not the first time this has occurred Inform yourself even if there is food a service animal can accompany it's owner anywhere......"
"Employees have a very bad attitude, today i went to exchange a item i was in the line when it was my turn i told the cashier i have a exchange with big attitude saying if is not even exchange that i have to wait , i had to wait for a couple minutes , while they were talking to each other, it is incredible that only one person is in charge of making the exchanges , when i when to the cashier name “Denise” she was very rude and unprofessional there is so many way to tell a costumer to give them a moment because she was doing something else , but no this lady has a big attitude and rudeness , she had the guts to tell me why im giving her a attitude and blah blah, i had a item that it was missing the other part she said that i had to go get it when she had two employees next to her doing Nothing.What kind of customer service is that. They need to teach them some maners and to respect the costumers."
"The late night security guy is extremely rude. There was 30 minutes before the store closes. And as i come in with my family he says they are closing in 30 minutes to hurry up and rudely shakes his head and continues to do so as others walk in. 30 minutes is a lot of time to buy a couple of stuff. If it was 10 minutes left ok i understand his frustration and wanting to go home but 30 minutes and you're shaking your head and getting pissy about people still walking in. Do better"
