"Mrs. Silva that works at 108-11Queens Blvd in Forest Hills, NY is one of the nicest and most respectful people i been in contact with in a store. I needed to go get something from home and told her i would come back and I did and she held my things behind the counter until i got back. She goes the extra mile for you. I appreciate her. More people should be like her when dealing with customers"

"So me and my girlfriend were looking for a lip balm. We went inside the store and to our surprise many of the shelves and racks were empty. We went to the beauty section to look for her specific lip balm but couldn’t find it. Makes me wonder the quality of service this store can provide."

"4/8/2024 - This may be the third time I've picked up a prescription at this specific CVS pharmacy on Queens Boulevard, right next to the KEY FOOD supermarket on 71RD. When it was our turn to be served (I was with a 72 year old friend), my friend had a little difficulty understanding the questions asked to him by the young lady (with long black hair) at the counter, for he is an European. So it took a while for him to answer her questions and sometimes she even needed to repeat those questions back to him and I could tell she was annoyed by the slowness of my friend's interaction. To make matters worse, my friend, who had vision problems, also took a while to identify what he needed to click on the credit card machine, for example, enter the phone number or enter a PIN, etc. etc; - again, I could tell the young lady was irritated and she obviously let us know by giving us a poker face when we thanked her for her service before leaving the counter."
