"every single vertical side of my backsplash is crooked. it is wildly noticeable under my hood range and I don't have money to pay somebody else to rip it out and redo it, otherwise I would. they left an entire corner of the tile without a cover piece on the top..... going to have to attempt to fix that one uncovered corner myself because it looks terrible and when brought to his attention he didn't seem to care and i'm done paying people to make mistakes I could have made myself for free. messy paint job as well. another thing im going to have to fix myself. if you need TILE work, do NOT hire them! the only reason they get any stars is bc they did fine plumbing work and they finished the job. they are great at doing the work you cannot see and I just wish it was done right."
