"Easy home Depot to go there. Some employees are nice and help but others loom at you and give you an answer that's not even helpful. When it first opened up the employees were much better. But its one of the cleanest that I have gone to and they have all the items you need"

"I visited with my mom to help after she experienced some terrible service in a prior visit. She had to purchase shades and we received the most amazing, personable service from Meghan. I was blown away at how incredibly attentive, sweet, genuine AND she was able to rectify my mother's previous situation. Meghan went above and beyond and although I don't live nearby, this will be my preferred store when needing assistance with appliances or window treatments. Home Depot if you're reading this, she should train other employees to standardize what customer service should look like at all stores."

"My only issue with this place is when I placed an order for curbside pick up. I used the app to notify them of my arrival, waited in my car for 15 min and nobody came out. I ended up going inside and they seemingly had no clue that i was waiting. -- Update: Placed an order for pickup (only because i left my wallet at home and they don't take apple wallet). My order had 1 item in it and i arrived probably 30 min after placing the order. I told the associate that i knew i was probably early to pick it up and then she repeated to me that i had to wait 2 hours for the order to be ready. I pressed her and said, that it was only 1 item and asked if she could expedite it. (the store was very slow) She obliged and asked another associate if they could fill the order. I'm happy i was able to get the order but my god, was she really about to turn me away and make me come back in 1.5 hours??"

"Home Depot is a part of our lives and personally, I appreciate for their products and services b I live near by this Home Depot every time I am there, I had good experience however, this evening I want to buy a 4 by 8 plywood and needed to be cut. Person who is working there told it’s out of service and I saw sign on it stating that it’s out of service After about 4 to 5 minutes I noticed he took sign off and cutting many small pieces apparently for his friend. They hugged and started cutting woods for him. I took photos and showed him. Also. I complained to supervisor, she gave me store numbers asked me to call Manager Jose! Actually, after 1 minute I found Jose working 30 ft away. I don’t like writing bad reviews unless I believe good to inform others ! It’s terrible. Save headache, go to other locations"

"THERE IS A PARKING LOT UP THE RAMP!!! And there is like 10 times more parking spots than the lot in front of the store. There is two large industrial elevators to bring you up/down to the main floor/rooftop parking. Recently opened, appears very clean and well stocked. They have a Carhart section too if interested. Only annoying part is getting past all the drivers that are double parked or block the lanes waiting for someone else to leave on the ground level."
