"I recently finished a project with Tommy/ Tomak Group to renovate my 1 bedroom apartment in manhattan. I did my due diligence and got many quotes and ultimately decided to go with Tommy. From the get-go, Tommy and his PM, Metaxia, were extremely good about communicating. They answered calls and emails promptly and followed up when needed. What I liked about Tommy from the very beginning is he understood what I wanted and worked with me to keep things within my budget. As you can imagine, renovating in NYC is not cheap but Tommy was able to have custom-cabinets made for me instead of the ikea ones I was told I'd get by other contractors. (They're gorgeous!) I felt that he was honest with me and really cared about the quality of the work he was providing. In fact, I'd say everyone on his team really put passion into their work and did their absolute best. You could tell that they all cared about the project. Metaxia, his PM, deserves a special shout out as well. She was absolutely incredible - she answered any and all of my questions, offered advice, solved problems; I mean...she is a rockstar. In fact, I honestly miss speaking with her now that the project is over! She was wonderful. I'd also like to note that this work was done during the pandemic. The amount of supply shortages in the industry was alarming but Tommy and his team went ABOVE AND BEYOND to work around any obstacles we faced. That was truly amazing and we finished just about in the exact timeline that he gave me from the beginning. I couldn't recommend Tommy and TOMAK group enough - I'm extremely happy with my apartment and think they did an incredible job. If I ever have another project to do, Tommy will be my first and only call, hands down."
