Joy9 Park - JFK LONG TERM PARKING

"Booked parking here for 2 weeks back in 2023. Everything went smoothly. However this time Frank even didn't picked up the phone when we got there on scheduled time and waiting for him from 6:00 AM to 6:20 AM on July 4. I can understand, if something happened, you have emergency, etc., just text back your client. No. Didn't even texted or called back later. In the result, had to pay $180 for 4 days in jfk parking lot, instead of 60$ here. If you like to risk and late on the plane - you are welcome!"

"Don't be put off by the unique location in a warehouse district, this is truly the best value for the money parking option at JFK! Frank was excellent in communicating in advance, met us when promised, and was there for pickup when we returned. Our car was in perfect condition when we arrived. We will use them next time!"

"With ridiculously high price for long term parking in NY, this place was a very surprising find. At first glance, the area looks a little sketchy but to surprise, car was safe with no damages, and they offer shuttle services to JFK. Parked here for 8 days total and was very satisfied. Will definitely use again for the next trip out of the country."

"I was a bit apprehensive about parking in this place when I looked at it on Google Earth. It just looked like a commercial area a very small parking lot. But boy was pleasantly surprised. Frank was excellent. Our car did not have a scratch on it no dings no nothing it was perfect. Frank took us to the airport. On our return We called him. He picked us up. He was there within 15 minutes. Everything went off without a hitch. Just as a remembrance for everyone they take cash."

"Excellent experience. Franck was kind and communicative. When I had to extend my trip last-minute (twice) he was entirely accommodating and didn't charge any extra fees, just the standard day rate for a pickup. Even though the additional payment was in cash he had no problem providing a receipt for me to submit for expenses. The location is also convenient, a very short drive from the terminals. You don't have to wait either - Franck will drive you over as soon as you're ready to go. One caveat - I booked through a 3rd party website. They did not make it clear that there is a surcharge for a pickup truck and did not allow me to pay the full rate in advance. However, the prices listed on the Joy9 website are clear, accurate, and consistent, so it isn't Joy9's fault that I wasn't prepared for that. I'll 100% be using Joy9 next time I fly round-trip from JFK."
