"Booked through SpotHero to park for 10 days during a trip out of JFK. Great location very close to the AirTrain, making it easy to get to the airport. New garage in new building. Seems secure. Easy to drop and retrieve your vehicle. Price is about as low as the sketchy lots around JFK where you have to use their mediocre shuttles, so this will be my go-to lot for JFK. Recommended."
"I was a customer for 4 years since 2020 and I never had a problem until 4/15/2024. Since hiring two new parking attendants I have noticed scratches and a busted tail light on my BMW. These two new workers that they just hired a few weeks ago are doing a horrible gross job. Very careless with peoples vehicles. I had no choice but to cancel my monthly parking spot. Because of the 2 new hires this company has just lost a 4 year customer. Shame on iPark at Alvista Towers for the carelessness and horrible customer service that they provide! Disgusting! Please refrain from parking your cars at this location because you might find damage to your car at this location. Lets see how long it will take iPark to fix my problem! I will continue my review later on wether they honor my claim or try to deny it. This is not an angry customer review this is my honest review and I am sharing my disappointed experience with the rest of you. I know its a convenient location for travelers but you will leave with damage to your car at this location. I hope this review helps people out."
"Don’t park in this lot! They scratched my car, gave me a claim form told me to wait 14 business to process when I called the number it goes to voicemail! No one returns my call! I wrote an email no one responded!"
