"This parking garage have some really nice employees and then there is one older grey hair light skin man who’s spoiling it for everyone else. Today I was on the phone with my wife when this older grey hair gentleman was hurrying her to get out the car and he started shouting at her while my 4 year old son was in the back seat. God knows why I wasn’t there in the car at the time this was taking place because people would have been reading about the outcome on social media. I will call the corporate office tomorrow and report this matter and see what happens. This employee is a disgrace and should not be working in no capacity where he’s interacting with customers."
"This has to be by far the worst parking experience in my entire life!!!!!! I pay a monthly fee for my car, over the last 2 years my car has been crashed into by valet drivers infront of my face. Dents & scratches appear. I filed several claims it’s to no avail. Don’t get me started on the customer service!!!!!! There is one particular valet driver that is very rude!!! Today 03/19/2024 I pulled into the garage at 5:50pm there was only one car in line no one was behind me. The valet driver came & proceeded to open my door escorting me out of my car although he saw I was packing up my stuff in my handbag. I also have a child in a car seat in the back. I said to him “give me a second” he proceeded to yell he has cars in front waiting u need to hurry up!” I asked him to please give me a moment and again he proceeded to yell at me. I then got out of my car and began telling him to stop being rude, as I was barely in the garage for no more than 2 mins. He kept continued exchanging very rude remarks about him having other cars to take care of and me taking too long. This is not the first incident I have had in this garage. Whenever I complain to the manager he does nothing. Women are not respected & to think I had my toddler with me & had to deal with this is unbelievable!!!!!"
"I’ve been a loyal customer since this parking lot first opened. And today 1/30/2024 EDISON (Supervisor) made me feel very uncomfortable at 11 o’clock at night. I am a monthly parking customer and I park my car here which is not even close to my house. Being that the area isn’t the safest I take a Uber home after leaving my car because it’s extremely dark. It was 28 degrees outside and I decided to wait in my car that I pay for until my Uber came. Edison took it upon hisself to yell and tell me to “Get out the car, and that he doesn’t care that I’m waiting for my Uber”. He then proceeded to say “so what go & come back then”. I then said to him is this how you speak to your loyal customers, that are enrolled into monthly parking ? Edison is very inconsiderate and I hope that he doesn’t have any kids, because I would hate for someone to talk to his daughter the way he did me. I understand that this is a business, but be considerate knowing that I am a young black female just trying to get home safely. There's plenty of times I come there and I have to wait 20 mins to receive my car after sending a text an 1hr or 2 prior. I will call corporate about this matter & whoever his manager is because that his no way you talk to any individual, and I hope he’s being truthful about his name because I’m sure that facility has cameras. I will make sure corporate and managers know about this matter. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS PLACE & WITH HIS ATTITUDE THEY WILL LOOSE ALOT OF BUSINESS."
"This place is a scam. There is a big sign at the door say it $10.87 for 12 hour. I parked there from 3pm-10pm total is 7 hours. They charge me $22 I complain they said the system is like that. They cant help it. They tell me to call the manager to wait for the money to return. I would have called the police but im a tourist. I dont have time to $10 settlement . But that is what all scam do. They looking for tourists who doesnt have time confronting them."
"I have been using their parking services for nine months, and the location is undoubtedly convenient for residents. However, their operating hours pose a significant inconvenience, as the garage closes from midnight to six in the morning. This can be problematic for those who work late, return late, or need their car for emergencies during these hours. My experience with the staff was consistently positive until the arrival of the new manager, Joel. Due to my job's nature, I rarely use my car and frequently rely on public transportation. When requesting my vehicle via text message, I typically provide a 30-45 minute notice, and the car is ready upon my arrival at the garage. When returning the car, employees greet me at the entrance and inquire about my expected return time. Unfortunately, when Joel is on duty, the atmosphere changes drastically. His negative attitude, unprofessionalism, and condescending demeanor are palpable. When Joel is working, the car keys are often left inside the vehicle or on a table in the office, where he merely points to them. This appears to be personalized treatment. Additionally, while other employees greet me upon returning the car, Joel remains in the office when he sees me arriving. Fearing retaliation, I have refrained from reporting this to upper management. Recently, I encountered another issue with Joel after returning my car and subsequently needing to request it again. I sent a message with a 30-minute notice before arriving at the garage. As usual, Joel made me enter the office, and the car was not ready. He questioned why I had not informed him that I would need the car again, displaying a condescending attitude in front of my visiting family member. Caught off guard, I replied, "you didn't even ask." He proceeded to insist that it was not his responsibility and asked an employee to fetch my car. The employee left the office, visibly upset and slamming doors. When the manager does not respect customers, it is unrealistic to expect other employees to treat us courteously. As a customer who pays $175 monthly for a parking spot and rarely uses my car, it is disheartening to see Joel forget that we are paying for a service. He is not doing us a favor, and we do not owe him explanations about our car usage. As someone employed in customer service, I am weary of feeling the need to downplay my concerns and worry about speaking out due to potential retaliation. Moreover, there is no direct method for contacting upper management should the need arise, which is concerning. *Update. I’ve been informed they’ve now opted to operate a 24 hour service at the parking garage. All though I’m still a resident in the neighbor, I’m not currently utilizing their services. I’m unaware of Joel, the manager, current employment status with the company.*"
