"If Google allows me to leave 0 Star, it would be 0. If Google allows me to leave negative Star, it would be negative. I brought a new Audi in December 2022. I moved out in March 2024. Less than 2 years, this garage damaged the car, TWICE. Both times the staff admitted the responsibilities and verbally agreed to reimburse the cost. After I fixed my car and submitted the request to their office, guess what? They denied my requests both. I know it's NYC and no garage operator is good but even that GMC is the worst. Why on earth such companies still remain in business? DON'T PARK YOUR CAR HERE. Run far, run fast."
"I had actually parked there a while ago and the service was pretty poor, HOWEVER, I have been there twice recently and it really has been EXCELLENT. The employees were really friendly and careful with my vehicle, the price was extremely reasonable and quick service. NOW IT CAN REALLY BE RECOMMENDED."
"I used this garage on several occasions in 2023 for ZipCar use. I had experiences with a few employees that were positive but there was one employee who was consistently rude and unprofessional. On one occasion I was returning a vehicle and brought it to the staff area as I usually do and locked it with my card as you’re instructed to do by ZipCar. He then told me that I needed to unlock the car again and move it to the back corner of the garage with him. This is not something I have ever been asked to do for a ZipCar (and I have used it many times) and it was late at night with no one around so I said no. He began yelling at me and telling me that I had to do what he was saying. I left the garage and have never used a ZipCar from there again - I deliberately choose them from elsewhere."
"Unprofessional staff. They don't care for cars. They are not carefully for customers cars.I left only 2 weeks my car and than i didnt went back there because they did a scratch to my car. I sugest to not park cars there"
