"An employee pretended that I ran over his foot and started yelling at me. I initially thought he was joking or mentally unstable because I was not near his foot and he suddenly stopped and went back to standing around as if nothing happened. Then the cashier tried to shake me down for an extra $4 after I just paid the full amount at the kiosk. I definitely felt like these two employees were trying scam me."
"I will there less then 15 min, they still charge me 3 hours price. If I know this early, I will not drive in."
"New management has been absolutely terrible. They are raising monthly parking prices all the while they are barricading the valet office, blocking fire escapes, residents’ keys and cars have been STOLEN due to staff negligence, there was an actual FIRE recently (see video in someone else’s review)… and they said in the new pricing notification that it was being raised because of service levels and “market pressure” They also had my first review deleted. Probably because I posted the actual price hike email they sent claiming to be raising prices for better service. Which included their (public) contact info."
