"The worst McDonald’s in Manhattan. I ordered a mcflurry at 11 yesterday and they had me waiting 20 MINUTES and when the manager asked what I wanted, he laughed in my face like dude?? Are you that irresponsible, DO YOUR JOB. Anyways, don’t go here, the whole block has gotten more dangerous due to crime and it’s not even worth it for this trash food."

"I recently visited what I can confidently say is the worst McDonald’s franchise in NYC. While the food meets the standard quality expected from McDonald’s, the service at this particular location leaves much to be desired. The staff’s lackadaisical attitude is immediately evident. On multiple occasions, I observed employees lounging on the counters, displaying an unprofessional demeanor. When attempting to place an order, I was met with dismissive and unhelpful responses, making the experience frustrating. Having served in the Marine Corps, I value discipline and professionalism—qualities starkly absent here. The store’s laziness extends to their technology; despite being advertised as a 24/7 location, the mobile app is frequently disabled, and then they will try to force you to leave. Furthermore, one staff member, who has a visible disability, was particularly rude during my visit. While I have the utmost respect for individuals overcoming personal challenges, rudeness is inexcusable regardless of one’s circumstances. Professionalism and courtesy should be the baseline for any employee. Ultimately, if you’re considering dining at this McDonald’s, I would strongly advise against it. The subpar service and lack of professionalism overshadow the convenience of its location. There is one girl there whom is always mopping - she is a sweetheart."

"the atmosphere here is pretty bad, but not entirely the store’s fault.. moreso just location. Service is usually very quick, but this store never fails to under fill fries. I have ordered many times and received orders with just about half the amount of fries they’re supposed to have. This picture was taken immediately upon delivery and is a great example of how underfilled they are."

"The food was very good and fresh. The gentleman that brought our food was very kind. He also helped me at the kiosk to order my food. I think they should clean the tables more, but it wasn't too dirty."
